Octave Accelerates Leadership in Precision Care with Addition of World-Class Commercial Executives More

ECTRIMS Preview: A Strong Presence at an Important Meeting

This week, more than 9,000 people representing more than 100 countries will convene in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for the 38th Congress of the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis, also known as ECTRIMS. We at Octave are so energized to be part of the Congress, which is the world’s largest annual international conference devoted to clinical research & care in MS.

This year, we are especially eager because two dimensions of our MS Precision Care Solution, our multivariate biomarker blood test and our MRI insights program, will be featured in 13 poster sessions, including two oral presentations selected by ECTRIMS to present and five on-site posters. We’ll share more about what we present in our next blog post. These presentations add to the growing body of evidence demonstrating the value of our MS Precision Care Solution for MS patients and their physicians.

In addition to showcasing the latest scientific and medical advances related to multiple sclerosis, the ECTRIMS meeting provides a venue for companies like ours to interact with clinicians and researchers. We love this opportunity to meet with researchers, pharma partners and MS practitioners to discuss what’s on their minds, to learn more about the challenges they face and to find ways to work better together.

This year we have so many exciting things planned at the conference. On Wednesday, we are hosting a panel discussion with leading neuroscience experts who will discuss the use of precision medicine in MS and the tools that help make its use effective. The next night, we’ll network and build connections with some of the thought leaders in neurology. Along the way, we’ll attend presentations and connect with attendees at our exhibit booth.

We are so energized by the opportunity to showcase our work and humbled that our efforts represent a part of the global efforts to advance science and medicine for the improvement of MS patients’ lives.  To read more about our presence at ECTRIMS 2022 and view our posters, click here.
