We are breaking new ground, so we bring in people who are excited by the challenge. We run at problems. Giving people interesting challenges to solve requires giving them the tools and support to do the work, and from that comes personal and professional growth. Best of all, we really like each other—and enjoy collaborating every day. No one wants to be the one to let the team down, so we share our work and learn from each other. And we laugh a lot.
